Terms of Service
-I have the right to refuse commissions if I feel uncomfortable with them or with the commissioner.
-Provide clear and concise references when submitting your request form and use concise language when filling out the form.
-Commissioned art is for personal use only. My work, unless explicitly agreed upon, will not be used for merchandise, vtubers, pngtubers, NFTs, Art AI programs/apps, or promotion of any good/service of any kind on behalf of the commissioner.
-If you are going to post my art online or as a profile picture, please credit me in the post or your bio respectively
-You may not remove my signature. My work is protected under copyright law and its copyright still belongs to me.
-I have the right to share my commissions on social media (albeit with a giant watermark), unless the commissioner specifically requests so.
-Payment via PayPal ONLY and in USD. (Venmo, Apple Pay, and Debit/Credit cards are compatible with Paypal in the US)
-Payment must be paid upfront in full.
-I will go over your request form before I send the invoice (this is will be the final time to back out of the commission if you've changed your mind)
-By paying the invoice, you are automatically agreeing to PayPal's T.O.S. and verifying that your commission is 100% voluntary. You understand that there are NO REFUNDS
The ONLY exceptions are unless the commissioner specifies a date that it needs to be done by and I cannot meet that deadline OR if I have yet to start on the commission. Otherwise NO REFUNDS
-When applicable, always use the "pay for goods/services" option
Doing commissions takes a lot of time, especially with check-ins, so if you are not first in the queue but want priority, it will result in an extra 15% fee
You can express priority in the notes/special request box in the form. If no one is ahead of you in the queue, I will not apply the 15% fee
Commission Info
-Will do: OCs, Fan art, Furries, Anime, Partial Nudity, Gore, Horror, Blood, Couples, Mild NSFW-Will NOT do: Explicit Pornographic Content, Mechas, Mechanical Drawings-Simple backgrounds include flat colors, gradients, and simple patterns-Complex backgrounds include proper places, lighting effects, and/or perspective
Secret Santa Comm rules:
-Give me a reference of a character or oc, then type in some keywords. Based on that, you'll get a surprise commission!
-I will only give you the commission when it's completely done. It is a surprise so there will be no check ins or WIPs, just updates on how far along I am.
-The more detailed the prompt, the more detailed the commission
